Return Window

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery for return support. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Customized or personalized products
• Items with signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume or damage
• Products returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us first so we can check availability and guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless we confirm otherwise.
